The long awaited new LLG album 'HARD GRAFT' is to be released by Allegro Music on 23rd August 2010. The CD will contain a full-colour booklet including lyrics, behind the scenes information and a selection of illustrations by Huw.
The album is dedicated to the exceptional musician Tim Rice Williams pianist, keyboards & synth player who died of cancer 2 weeks after completing his work on this album. The other artists appearing on this album are Bass Player Richard Gillespie, Drummer Volker Von Hoff and Huw Lloyd-Langton with a brief appearance from rapping session. The tracks are a mix of haunting songs, guitar wizardry and solid playing from the rhythm section plus3 bonus pure blues solo tracks by Huw.
This is the first studio album since the release of 'Chain Reaction' in 1999.
Hard Graft will be followed shortly with a live LLG DVD from the Hawkwind all dayer at The Assembly, Leamington Spa 2nd May 2010. Release date to be advised shortly.
