LLG LINE-UP FOR HAWKWIND ALL DAYER

LLOYD LANGTON GROUP (LLG) ANNOUNCE LINE-UP FOR HAWKWIND ALL DAY EVENT AT THE ASSEMBLY ROOMS, LEAMINGTON SPA ON 2ND MAY 2010

LLG last performed as the head-line act at Burnt Oak Festival in 2008.  The current line-up is Volker Von Hoff on drums and Richard Gillespie on bass. However Volker has commitments in Germany on 2nd May and  John Lingwood has stepped in.  Gonzalo Carreras has often worked with LLG and is also joining them for this date.

John is perhaps best known as the drummer for Manfred Mann's Earth Band between 1979 and 1987, however John’s career is long and varied. He is one of UK’s top drummers.

Gonzalo Carreras is also another exceptional musician and is currently working with Karnataka.

Confirmed line-up for 2nd May is:

Richard Gillespie on bass
Huw Lloyd-Langton on guitar/vocals
Gonzalo Carrera on synth/keyboards
John Lingwood on drums & percussion

LLG’s new album “Hard Graft” will be released mid to late summer this year. There are samples of the new album on the website.

Despite battling serious illness in the last 6 months Huw is back on his feet and looking forward to this event.
